• The promotion is available to customers who open a new account with the Castlereagh branch listed as their preferred branch location between the promotion start date and 31 July 2026 inclusive.
• Customers opening a new Credit Account will be eligible to receive a £100 account credit applied to their account, provided they spend a minimum of £1,000 on the credit account following account approval.
• Customers opening a new Cash Account will be eligible to receive a £20 voucher, provided they spend a minimum of £100 on the cash sale account following account approval.
• This promotion is available to new customers only.
• Existing account holders are not eligible for this offer.
• Customers who have held an account previously may only qualify if they have not traded or made any purchases within the last 12 months prior to opening the new account.
• Only one promotional reward may be claimed per customer, business, household, or company.
• The company reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying any credit or issuing vouchers.
• The £100 credit and £20 voucher are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers may be subject to separate redemption conditions and expiry dates where applicable.
• Accounts must be fully approved and active in accordance with standard account opening procedures to qualify.
• The promotional rewards will only be issued once the qualifying spend thresholds have been met.
• Any accounts found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or created solely to obtain the promotional incentive may be disqualified.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
