Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Smoker you can achieve competition ready results in your own backyard. Whether you love the flavour of charcoal, or prefer the consistent heat of propane, the Dual Fuel Smoker allows you to smoke delicious foods all year long. A 4kW stainless steel gas burner with push button piezo ignition provides an output of 15,400 BTU, four chrome plated racks provide plenty of room for smoking and a built in temperature gauge completes the package. The cabinet has two rear mounted wheels and a handle, allowing you to tilt the Smoker and position it where you require with ease. A door encloses the cooking chamber with a smaller door below, which encloses the fuel chamber. Both doors have cool touch wire handles, an adjustable latch and the door of the cooking chamber has an inner door lining to keep the heat in with a built in thermometer so you can monitor the internal temperature.
