Forest Marble

St Catherines Farm has been working flint since the early 80’s producing knapped walling flint for traditional houses. When interest grew in natural products in the early 90’s they started forming blocks inset with their local stone and soon after St Catherines Flint Products Ltd was established. With increased demand they now acquire different types of natural stone from all over the country.

All stone arrives at the factory unprepared in large blocks. The stone is mechanically cut down and then dressed by their team of knappers. The stone is then hand crafted into block form by their block makers. The fully formed blocks can then be used without the need for a backing wall ensuring a rapid professional finish whilst maintaining a clean cavity.
